Rebujito is a refreshing mix of dry fino sherry and real lemon juice.
The version we’ve always known is Fino or Manzanilla Sherry mixed with Sprite on ice with a mint leaf, if anything at all.
We took that classic and raised the bar. Premium aged sherry with nothing but lemon juice, a touch of grapefruit juice for extra brix, and a little bit of fizz for the elevated lift.
Built for the scorching summers of Andalucía this simple drink is thirst quenching and refreshing. The Rebujito is a staple of the Feria de Abril de Sevilla. Let us transport you to the bustling casetas (tents) which our designs were inspired by.
Serving Recs
Serve over ice and add mint leaf, or chilled right out of the can at the beach.
